Khyati Undavia worked for a sizable mail-order pharmacy after completing her pharmacy education with a hospital residency. Mastering workflow needs and company strategy and skillfully and precisely conducting hundreds of pharmacy orders each week were necessary to move up the ranks.
She eventually filled about 10,000 prescriptions per week as her career evolved while mastering productivity, efficiency, time management, and the frequently challenging and occasionally hostile workplace communications required in a high-demand setting.
Undavia was later moved to a telemarketing project to optimize the product dispensing procedure due to her expertise. She was challenged by the businesses to develop strategies for lowering fulfillment costs without sacrificing patient outcomes.
She quit her employment in 1994 to move to Houston, Texas, with her then-husband and welcome their two children.
Undavia worked various jobs to raise her children, remained in the Texas region after marriage, and eventually divorced. This finally paid off, allowing her to pursue starting her own business and providing her family with the life of their dreams.
